How can I make a return?
1. It is necessary to send a request to resi@harrisofficialoutlet.it , we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the necessary information for the procedure.
2. Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them and place them in their original box or an equally sturdy one.
When the product arrives in the warehouse and is checked by our operators, the cost of the shoe will be credited back to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Returned items must meet the following conditions for a refund to be processed:
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact tags attached.
Worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. - The soles of the shoes must be intact and undamaged, we invite you to try the product on a soft and clean surface.
The sale of personalized items is final and therefore cannot be returned.
No returns are made on items on sale.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
We're sorry, but Harris personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are tailor-made and/or clearly personalized goods.
