Are the products under warranty?

Purchasing on the official website and in our boutiques allows you to access the guarantee dictated by the civil code (material subject to wear) and at the moment this only provides for the right of withdrawal for damage evident at the time of delivery.

How can I best take care of the product?

Our products are made of high quality materials by experienced craftsmen. Over the years, leather products may acquire a natural patina which, together with the signs of aging such as folds and grains, will give them a unique appearance.
To best preserve them, a few precautions are enough, such as avoiding contact with oils and alcohol-based substances (hand sanitizers, perfumes, disinfectants).

How can I buy online?

Purchasing on Harrissport.it is very simple: once you have chosen a product, simply add it to the cart and then proceed to check-out. You will be asked to enter an email which we will only use to send you communications relating to the order. If you already have an account, you can later enter the password to make the purchase as a registered user more quickly, or you can continue as a guest. Likewise, if you don't have an account, you can decide to create one now to save your data or do it later. The check-out is divided into 3 easy steps: 1. Entering the email 2. Information relating to delivery: address and delivery method 3. Information relating to payment: billing address, payment method You will receive all the relevant information via email to the order, from receipt to delivery. If you have any doubts you can contact our Customer Service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the most common payment methods and guarantee total security of transactions:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- PayPal and PayPal Express. The amount will be debited from your account at the time of shipment
We do not currently accept cash on delivery payments.

Can I request an invoice?

It is possible to request an invoice by specifying it in the "notes" section before finalizing the order.

Can I cancel or modify an order?
